It is crafted from American White Oak and 120-year-old recycled, French Oak wine barrels, sourced from 17th century, sustainably managed French Oak forests. Domino jointed, the oak can be ordered to come in its natural blonde state or left with the stunning purple hues of the award-winning wine that it once housed. It can be ordered in three clear finishes including oil, polyurethane, or an exterior, marine-grade, water-based, timber finish, that incorporates UV absorbers. It is mortise and tenon jointed right through the frame and into the staves for superior strength and durability. The hardwood tenons become a beautiful feature.
